To guarantee the excellent quality of our products, we carefully select our suppliers and visit their mining and production facilities. Since we import ourselves, our communication channels are very short and fast. In addition, we have an independent quality controller on-site in China who also inspects the goods before shipment and issues any complaints.

All our suppliers (outside Europe) are certified companies and are contractually committed to creating humane working conditions and not permitting child labor.
